With over 24 years of experience, I have helped clients achieve their real estate goals—from purchasing their first home to securing investment properties, city condominiums, and second homes on the ocean or lake. Real estate isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion and my daily life.

Personally, I have bought, renovated, and sold 37 properties (and counting), while also investing in condominium developments and commercial real estate throughout Greater Portland. This hands-on experience gives me a deep, practical understanding of the market from every angle.

My commitment to the industry extends beyond transactions. I have been actively involved with Maine Realtors, serving for 8 years on the Maine Realtors Foundation, 2 terms on the National Housing Committee, and am currently in my 4th term on the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee.

I am also proud to be a co-founder of the Boothbay Region Housing Trust, where we successfully raised funds to purchase land and build seven three-bedroom homes in downtown Boothbay Harbor—the first affordable homes constructed there in 30 years. Through strong community partnerships, all homes were sold quickly, helping address a critical local housing need.

In addition, I currently serve on the YMCA Board and contribute to its development committee.
